Refund Policy

We respect our Customers’ loyalty and treat them fairly. 

We developed this Refund Policy to ensure that our Customers always receive high-quality services from our platform and to demonstrate our customer-centric attitude. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we explain how to get a complete refund below.

  • You cancelled the order.

You will be given a full refund if you notify our customer service that you wish to cancel your order before the Editor begins working on it. If the Editor has already started to work on your order, you can still request a partial refund. Your refund amount will depend on how much content the Editor has edited by the time you request a cancellation and exercise your right to a refund. Please be aware that you cannot cancel an order once it has been completed and delivered.

  • You placed identical orders.

If you mistakenly created two orders that are identical and paid for both, we strongly advise you to get in touch with our support team immediately and report this issue. Upon your notification, we will instantly return the unintentionally made payment to your account with our platform or any other payment method you choose. Please be aware that if you do not notify our support team and we do not get your request for a refund, we will proceed with processing your order as though you wanted two different experts to edit the same document.

  • You paid two times.

Customers may unintentionally pay twice for the one and the same order. In that case, upon Customer request, we will refund the overpayment. We can also credit the surplus to your account with our platform if you submit the appropriate request. 

We recommend checking all your orders thoroughly, and as soon as you discover any unintentional overpayment, always contact our support team.

  • Your order was delivered later than expected.

The order delivery dates are something we take very seriously. Therefore, your deadline might not be met in highly uncommon circumstances. You are eligible for a complete refund in such a case. Orders that have been partially paid for, those you haven’t given complete and exact instructions for or those awaiting further instructions do not fall under this rule. 

It is crucial that you always give us up-to-date contact details so we may get in touch with you and request any additional input we might need. If the deadline for your order is not met, we’ll contact you to request an extension. The overall order price will be modified if an extension is given, and any extra funds will be refunded.

  • We were unable to find a relevant expert.

We have one of the most extensive expert pools on the market. However, there could not be an expert accessible to handle your order in exceptional circumstances, such as when there is no instant match between your order and an editor or you need a large project to be edited quickly. Please be aware that we prioritise our customers’ orders and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. However, at your request, we will reimburse you in full instead of looking for an available editor if the scenario mentioned above happens.

  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the editing.

You can request a revision or urge us to assign a new editor to your order if the editing quality falls short of your expectations. You will not have to pay for the re-assignment of your order to a new editor in such case.

In the event that none of the revision options is acceptable to you, we can also issue a full refund to your account at your request. If you choose this option, please provide us with specific feedback about what caused your dissatisfaction. We always give such cases our closest attention and ensure the responsible editors are properly assessed in each particular case. 

Please note that you do not have the right to use the edited document if you receive a complete refund from us. In such a case, it becomes the property of our platform.

Requests for refunds for any other reasons not covered by this Policy won’t be handled and will be rejected.

  • Your order was revised later than expected.

Due to our commitment to customer satisfaction, we constantly set additional internal deadlines that allow us to deliver orders a little earlier than the deadline. Checking your email notifications frequently will help you keep track of the status of your orders. However, if you check the order on time and request a revision, a deadline for a revision will be set.

You are entitled to a complete refund if, for any reason, the revised document was not delivered to you promptly. The precise amount that will be refunded may change depending on the circumstances.
